Privacy Policy

inrayjobs is run by InRay Labs Private Limited, 10/197/A FALAK, Neerkunnam, Alappuzha Medical College, Ambalappuzha, Kerala 688005, India. Contact us about your data at hello@inraylabs.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Your account: username, email address, and — for employers — the company you hire for; for candidates — your name, headline, location, skills and phone number, which also prefill your resume.
  • Your resume and CV: what you enter in the resume builder or upload, so employers can see it when you apply.
  • Job requests: the role, skills and location you post when you ask employers to find you.
  • Job alerts: the search (keywords, city, category) you ask us to email you about.
  • Applications: the details you send when you apply to a job posted on inrayjobs, including your answers to any screening questions.
  • Clicks and applies: when you click “Apply” on a job, we record that click so we can count it and, where the job comes from a partner feed, report it to that partner. We never see your application on a feed job — you apply on the employer’s own site.

Cookies and tracking

We set two cookies of our own: one that keeps you signed in, and one that protects our forms. See the Cookie Policy for the full list.

We do not currently run Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. If we add them, this page will be updated first and a consent banner will ask you before any tracking cookie is set.

Who sees your data

  • Employers see applications sent to their own jobs, and nothing else.
  • Your contact details are never shown publicly. A public job request shows your skills and location, not your email or phone number.
  • Our job-feed partners (for example WhatJobs) receive click counts when you apply to one of their listings, so they can bill us. They do not receive your name, email or CV.
  • We never sell your data.

Your rights under India’s DPDP Act, 2023

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your account and your data;
  • stop sending you job alerts (every alert email also has an unsubscribe link).

Write to hello@inraylabs.com from the email address on your account. We will answer within a reasonable time and will ask you to confirm your identity first.

How long we keep data

  • Your account, resume and job requests stay until you delete them or ask us to.
  • Job alerts stop when you unsubscribe or delete your account.
  • Applications stay with the employer who received them; ask the employer directly if you want one removed.
  • Click records are kept for counting and billing, without your name or contact details.

Children

inrayjobs is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords stored as hashes rather than plain text, and access limited to the people who run the site. No system is perfect — if you think your account has been misused, tell us at once.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date above. Big changes will also be flagged on the site.
